A new practice room, not an old download archive

Carrasco Practice Tools is a new website of in-browser tools for people who are practicing music. You can tap a tempo, start a metronome, run a practice loop, hold a drone, listen with a chromatic tuner, count delay times, read a capo chart, and drill a few intervals. Three session presets and a practice log stay in this browser. The pages are static. The click is Web Audio. Nothing you type is uploaded.

The front-of-site name is Carrasco Practice Tools, not a record label and not an artist imprint. This service is not an archive of old remixes or downloads, and it does not speak for any “Carrasco Music” catalog from earlier years.

Assumptions are written next to the tools: A4 is 440 Hz unless you set another reference; note names are C, D, E, F, G, A, and B (in some countries B is written H); 6/8 uses two dotted-quarter beats per bar; empty or zero BPM is an error.

These pages are practice tools. A concert room still needs an instrument, a tuner, and ears.
